Our goal is to provide the quickest turn-around time in the industry because we appreciate the value and importance of the timepiece on your wrist.Currently, our turn-around time for most repairs, including battery replacement, is five working days or less from the date we receive your watch. However, in the event we have to order special parts, the wait time could be somewhat longer.
